#41 July 2024 - Age 68- "Mountain Cabin"
40" x 30" oil on canvas for the Herman family of their family camp at Sky Ranch Horn Creek in Westcliffe, CO. This took me 55 hours over period of 9 months.
#40- Feb. 2022. Age 66. 48"x24" oil painting of sunset at Grand Haven Pier on Lake Michigan. Favorite vacation spot for our son-in-law, Michael Grysen's family and his wife, our oldest daughter Kay Lynn. For their Dining Room wall.
#39 Jan. 2022. Age 66 18x24 oil on canvas. First ever oil portrait painting of photo in my life! First grandbaby, age 10 months, Natalie Kay & Dog, Gaius, age 12.
#38- December 2021 - 48"x24" oil painting for wife Donna of her grandfather's farm (barn, windmill, coral, tank, cedar trees, pasture) in Trees family since +/-1900 n DeSoto, Tx. Sold and torn down for house subdivision in 2016. Added longhorn and bluebonnets to complete traditional Texas Farm Scene.
#37- Nov. 2021. Age 65.- First oil painting since 1969 (over 50 years ago) for daughter Kristen & hubby Connor for their Dining Room. On 48'x24" canvas - largest one I have ever done.

Artwork above this line was done from Nov. 2021, when daughter, Kristen asked me to
paint a landscape for her Dining Room wall. She started a reingagement of my painting.
In 8 months through June 2022, I completed 10 oil paintings at age 65 & 66.
Time span of 41 years. During this time I was a registered Architect, working for variety
of companies, including Kaiser Permanente, City of Dallas, Ikemire Architects, DFW Airport,
Greyhound Lines, Inc.
Artwork shown below the line was done 1967 to Dec. 1981, from age 12 up to age 26.

#34 +/- 1980. Age 25 .17"x11" pen and ink sketch for Architect for earth shelter house p34motional brochure. This was my first job after graduating college. Worked for Gene Wukash.
#33- 1980. Age 25. 36"x24 pen & ink for drawing class in Architecture school at UT.
All of these lines were drawn freehand. This is 1898 Covert house in Hyde Park neighborhood.

1967 Age 12. Me and my triplet sisters showingof f 3 of my paintings. My Mommie died
when I was almost 6. My Godmother, Erma, said she called me , "her little artist".
I guess I showed it at an early age. My stepmother, Ruth, encouraged me by paying for
me to take art lessons from age +/- 11 to 14.
Mrs. Mosley was my teacher. I learned a lot from her.
